Roof-Stars Nautilus XTEND IC5X Ultra - Metal Roof Sheet To Steel Or Timber Battens

Roof-Stars® Nautilus® XTEND® IC5X Ultra are the Ultra screw for Ultra roofing applications.
A self-drilling universal point screw with a EPDM sealing washer for fastening metal roof sheet to thin metal battens, steel purlins, and timber battens makes this screw ideal for steel roof construction. The flanged hex head lends to high pull-out strength and ICCONS Nautilus XTEND® IC5X galvanised coating results in very high corrosion resistance. Top grip thread ensures a secure hold on sheeting and prevents dimpling. Roof-Stars® Nautilus® XTEND® IC5X Ultra also come with upper shank protection that creates a clearance hole that protects the EPDM washer, and helps protect the galvanised coating on the upper thread. Nautilus® XTEND® IC5X galvanised coating leaves little swarf for a quicker clean-up and very high corrosion resistance.
The ICCONS® Nautilus® XTEND® exceptionally hard, proprietary coating is thermally diffused to the screw body and is not damaged on the head or shank during installation.
Tested independently under the ISO9223 guidelines for real world and accelerated testing program has established the coatings service life to be in line and consistent with major steel roll former warranty periods.
Importantly the ICCONS® warranty on Nautilus® XTEND® IC5X coated screws includes the Shank (Cavity Zone) of the screw. Competitors may not fully warrant their product due to the mechanical damage caused to the coating during installation, and consequently warranty will likely only cover the head of their screws.
