Davies Henderson, who are constructing the owner's dream home, prides itself on building bespoke projects of the highest calibre, on time and within budget. The analysis of design and attention to detail in both construction and quality of finishes goes far beyond what is generally delivered by a builder. With the position of the house, the owner was intent on having an upper-level deck to enjoy the Melbourne City views. In order to mount an umbrella suitable for the large open area to provide shelter from the elements, a heavy-duty custom-designed steel plate was to be installed into the sub-floor to create a strong yet aesthetically appealing feature of the decking.
As they have a strong familiarity with ICCONS product the team knew straight away that BIS-PE Gen3 and CIS Threaded Inserts were an absolute must for the application.
1 tube of BIS-PE Gen3 in a 440ml tube and 8 CIS 12 x 125 Threaded Inserts went into the install to produce a smart yet strong finish to last a lifetime.
