Overview: In this role, you will form part of ICCONS Sales Support team contributing first-hand to achieving ICCONS sales and service targets, managing customer enquiries and ensuring smooth order processing. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail and excellent communication abilities to assist and support the efficient operation of the Customer Service department.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Support: Assist in preparing quotes, proposals and sales presentations for clients.
Order Processing: Process customer orders promptly and accurately, ensuring that all relevant information is complete and correct.
Customer Communication: Respond to customer enquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Local Pick-ups: Assist local customers during designated pick-up hours.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with colleagues from all departments, and actively participate in team meetings, training sessions, and other relevant activities.
Skills:
• Proven experience in customer service, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• IT experience mandatory with high efficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships at all levels.
• Proficient in English and ability to deal with pressure.
• SAP experience preferred.
• Strong professional drive and sense of urgency.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
• Selling/upselling skills.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask.
• Results-driven with a strong focus on delivering measurable outcomes.
